We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or damage during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Sales@stramperpress.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the defective or damaged item

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
